Service Agreement

This Service Agreement governs access to and use of services provided by Sichuan Yunwang Zhixiang Technology Co., Ltd through its website, enterprise software solutions, mobile applications, and consulting services. By using the services, clients and users accept this Agreement.

2. Service Scope

Our services include, without limitation:

  • Foundational enterprise digital service delivery.
  • Mobile management applications for property, landscape, electronic equipment, and cleaning task operations.
  • Application publication and operation support for Google Play, Apple App Store, and other channels.
  • Construction industry related business consulting services.
  • Online application full-industry-chain consulting services.

3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

  • Users must have legal capacity to enter into agreements under applicable law.
  • Users must provide accurate information and maintain secure account credentials.
  • Users must not misuse services for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct.
  • Enterprise clients are responsible for internal role management and lawful employee use.

4. App Store and Platform Terms

  • Applications distributed via Google Play and Apple App Store are additionally governed by those platform terms and policies.
  • Where conflicts arise, mandatory platform requirements and applicable law prevail for platform-specific functions.
  • Users are responsible for compliance with store account rules and local distribution restrictions.

5. Advertising and Monetization Terms

Certain applications may include app open ads, rewarded video ads, interstitial ads, and banner ads. Ad delivery depends on jurisdiction, consent status, platform policy, and product configuration.

  • Ad-supported features may rely on mediation and SDK providers including AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, ironSource, Mintegral, Pangle, Chartboost, Liftoff Monetize, InMobi, Smaato, Start.io, Digital Turbine/AdColony, Moloco, and similar partners.
  • Ad personalization may be disabled based on user choices, policy requirements, age classification, or legal restrictions.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring lawful use in their region and respecting applicable ad and tracking controls.

6. Privacy, Data Protection, and Consent

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Users and clients must configure lawful notices, consent mechanisms, and rights workflows where required for their deployment context.

7. Country and Region Policy Adaptation

Service delivery is designed to support adaptation to multi-jurisdiction rules, including but not limited to GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and U.S. state privacy laws, PIPEDA, LGPD, APPI, PDPA-type regulations, and other local requirements.

  • Clients remain responsible for obtaining legal advice for their specific jurisdictional obligations.
  • We may provide compliance-oriented guidance, but legal interpretation remains with authorized legal professionals.

8. Age Requirements and Child Safety

  • Services are not intended for unlawful collection of data from children.
  • Where child or teen use may occur, age-appropriate safeguards and regional policy controls must be enabled.
  • Users and clients must observe COPPA, GDPR-K, app-store family policies, and equivalent local youth standards where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All service content, software, designs, trademarks, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • No transfer of ownership occurs except where expressly stated in a written agreement.
  • Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, resale, or derivative misuse is prohibited unless legally permitted.

10. Service Availability and Changes

  • We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, policy, or operational reasons.
  • We may issue updates for performance, compatibility, and compliance maintenance.
  • Planned or emergency maintenance may affect temporary service availability.

11. Fees, Commercial Terms, and Payment

  • Pricing, invoicing, taxes, and payment schedules are defined in commercial orders or signed statements of work.
  • Late payments may result in service limitation, suspension, or additional recovery actions as allowed by law and contract.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties shall protect non-public information and use it only for authorized service purposes, subject to legal exceptions and contractual obligations.

13. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • Services are provided on a contractual basis described in the relevant order documents.
  • Except as required by law or explicitly agreed, services may be provided on an as-available basis.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation in all third-party environments beyond our control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages are excluded. Total liability is limited according to signed commercial terms and mandatory legal rules.

15. Indemnification

Users and clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the provider against claims arising from unlawful use, policy violations, or breaches of this Agreement, subject to applicable law.

16. Term, Suspension, and Termination

  • This Agreement remains effective while services are used or until terminated under applicable contractual provisions.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, legal requirements, fraud risk, or policy non-compliance.
  • Upon termination, data handling follows retention, deletion, and legal obligations defined in policy and contract.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing law and dispute resolution procedures are determined by contract, mandatory law, and jurisdiction-specific requirements. Parties should seek negotiation first and escalate to formal procedures where required.

18. Updates to This Agreement

We may revise this Agreement for legal, policy, technical, or commercial reasons. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance, unless mandatory law requires express renewed consent.
